Daher führt deine Bank keine Abgeltungsteuer ab. Du musst deine Erträge selbst wie eine geschlossene Beteiligung (würde ich jetzt vermuten) versteuern. @Taxadvisor kann hier sicherlich mehr dazu sagen. @Kuni: Die Atlas ist normal, keine LP. Ihr hattet hier Anfang des Jahres über die Sonder(nicht-abgeltungs)besteuerung einiger Prefs diskutiert. Gibt es mittlerweile ein Ergebnis, wo diese Einkünfte in der deutschen Steuererklärung steuerlich anzugeben sind? Ich halte seit einiger Zeit die Gaslog Partners L.P., WKN A2N9KZ, bei der Consors keine Steuern von den Ausschüttungen einbehält. Share this post Link to post

AHT, which has reported improving operating metrics, was one of a small handful of REITs that had their preferred distributions suspended. (Hotel REIT SOHO and Mall REIT PEI are the others).
